We accept order cancellation before the product is produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is produce or shipped out.
A: If parcel is stuck at customs for clearance, it is customer’s responsibility to help customs clearance. We suggest customer to contact local post office or DHL/ FedEx to see what help customs needs so they can release the parcel.
B:Please note our express courier companies can NOT ship to PO Boxes or Army Bases.we just can ship them by epacket or Yuntu
C: If there is no telephone No. in your address, we will use the epacket or Yuntu shipping way, please note
D: You are responsible for ensuring the recipients address is correct. WE will not cover
parcels that are undelivered due to a wrong address being provided. And any more shipping costs when delivery again by change address /return /destroy ,WE also will not cover it.
E: some parcels was pending or destroyed because the receiver are not at home or can not be connected, we will send the problem parcels reminds to you when we got the information from express or post office. , we suggest you contact express or post office early , otherwise the parcel will be destroyed or return, we don’t accept any compensation for this order.
F: Delivery company will inform us for remote area and need more extra shipping fees to
delivery ,we will ask customers for solution:Provide new address or shipping by post office.
G: If your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping times (6PM PST) or on a
weekend, then it will not be picked up by the courier until the following business day.

A:We want you to love what you bought. if have bellows problem for orders, please get back to us so we can sort out a replacement or refund for situations where:
The wrong product style, color, or size was received, The item you received was faulty or
damaged, There’s no need to return the parcel at this point.
B: Please supply us the proof for those problem shoes :
if size problem, pleae give three photos: acutal shoes photos+ shoes outsole bottom with
sticker +measure the insole length .
if wrong design ,wrong color, or damaged: please show us the shoes photos
C: You have 14 calendar days to apply to return or replacement an item from the date you received it.!!!
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new. The item must be in the
original packaging and the receipt/proof of purchase is required.
D: If you want to return the purchase, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping
costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.We pay the shipping cost in case the product has quality issues: if it is not the product you ordered, or if it is not the size you Ordered.
F: If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund or replacement if you’d like.
